I could barely breathe, my eyes started watering, and it felt like someone had just taken a Dremel to my sinuses. So the next time they were offering samples I figured I knew what I was getting into and tried it again. WHAMMO! 2x4 to the face again. Yea, horseradish is a whole different kind of spicy. I have a friend who is from Sri Lanka and he had a sandwich with horseradish mayo on it, and he was talking about how he never experienced anything like that before. Which is funny because he is the kind of person who throws ghost peppers into everything he cooks, lol! --- I am a Contract Software Developer. What does that mean?
