Reddit for sure.

Less mod abuse since you're dealing with individual teams of mods on each individual subreddit. Some moderators are dumb and delete happy like on ELI5, but otherwise they seem fair.

Most subreddit I've been to have had very clearly laid out rules.

And it's important to note that each subreddit is run like it's own site. There are general reddit-wide rules you can't break like sharing illegal content, but otherwise if you find a sub with crappy mods you just make your own or find another one.

That's in contrast to here where you've got one group of mods for the entirety of the site and they are all enforcing different interpretations of the rules, resulting in inconsistent behavior. But then they also want to be your best friends and chill post (best case) or be antagonistic and toxic (worst case) at the same time.
