You can make a 2D plaforming maze game where the world spins as your character runs and the goal is to make it to the top to get out of the maze but it's easy to fall back down to lower levels. It can't be *that* hard to actually design because the mechanics are pretty straightforward so you'd just need to build up the maze component.

Or you could make a game called Loop the Goop where you throw lassos around slime.
