Well he's already laid out plans to cry foul if he loses when he told people to vote twice knowing full well voting more than once is illegal but he also knows if someone does that and he ends up losing he can cry wolf by yelping about voter fraud.

The whole reason the post office was/is removing mailboxes and dismantling sorting machines is to prevent certain people (minorities) from voting via mail-in ballot. The mailboxes that have been removed were removed in predominantly Black neighborhoods so that tells you why it was being done because they want to minimize the ability of Black people to vote by mail just in case in-person voting doesn't happen.

This crap has been going on since the passage of the Voting Rights Acts in the 1960s because back then when the racist Southern Dems ruled Southern politics, they knew once Blacks in the South were allowed to vote, they knew Black people in the South would not vote for them and they knew they would lose that stranglehold they'd held on the South since the 19th century and the end of the Civil War and slavery and they did everything in their power to try to keep that from happening so when the VRA was passed, they knew they had find new ways to discourage Black people from voting via voter suppression.

When the Southern Strategy in the 1960s emerged due to Nixon urging disgruntled racist Southern Dems to join the GOP, that's right around the time the "New Jim Crow" emerged in which Blacks were being further maligned and targeted via crap like Nixon's phony "War On Drugs" which was never about getting drugs off the street because Nixon is on tape saying it was about targeting Black people and Vietnam War protesters by charging them with bogus drug crimes to get felony convictions which took away those people right to vote.

So voting and election fraud has a long ugly racist history whether anyone agrees or not.
