Ill probably watch it when its on Netflix or Hulu or whatever

I loved those two movies and the cartoon when I was a kid but its been so long that it seems kinda weird to be making another one now. Some things I think dont really need the remake/reboot/long awaited sequel treatment and should just be left alone

I loved the first one, it's one of my favorite movies actually, but was more meh on the second one. Never saw the cartoons (actually I may look them up, that sounds kinda cool).

From what I have seen, the third is kinda a downer a bit as well lol, minor spoilers

They basically fail to create a song, and don't unite the world etc, and I guess the movie is about getting them back on track). Thing is they look massively old because...well.....they are freaking massively old now lolz. Hell they are older than me.

So it's basically geriatric Bill and Teds and even those people waiting for the movie are gonna both be depressed about how old they have gotten (Bill and Ted, and themselves), and miss Rufus (honestly even worse).

Still I think it could be a fun romp if they keep a light heart/air (just not as light as Bogus Journey/death etc).

I do think part of the intial appeal was the youthful energy of Bill and Ted and the endless enthusiasm etc, but now that they are old, that is kinda gone, along with the whole failure stuff etc.

I certainly wanna watch it, but I also am not sure it's really gonna work at this point, it's a few decades too late for it's core audience sadly.
