Topic | Out primary election is in 3 days. I'm considering mostly voting independant. |
wolfy42 08/01/20 4:05:57 AM #1: | I admit to not having done alot of research at this point, so I will certainly do more and I will pick the person I like the most, outside of political parties, in general. That being said, do you think if I vote for independants (and other people actually do it to mind you), that we could actually make a difference and help move away from a 2 party system, or am I just fooling myself? In the past for primaries, I have often voted mostly for teachers if I didn't have anyone that specifically stood out. I'm not a big fan of our two party system (minor understatement), and I really wish I could see changes in my lifetime, but I have kinda given up on that happening. So do you think I'm just throwing my vote away voting for independants, or should I stick to my guns/belief and vote for them even if they don't really have a chance? --- Agatha "Your naked and they are nuns, it's not your eyes they're not looking at."
