Anything that might eat me alive, I imagine? Obviously if I were to be attacked by anything, I'd hope it'd be something I could reasonably defend myself against. However, if I couldn't defend myself, I'd rather it be something that'd kill me instantly. Therefore what I really wouldn't want to get attacked by would be something that would certainly kill me and I'd die horrifically. Some venomous creatures fit the bill. Some packs of animals would as well (although if it's just one, it might not be a big deal -- like with certain kinds of ants, piranhas, etc)

And a lot of animals' kill methods are fucking terrifying. A crocodile's death roll, for instance. A constrictor's stangulation method.
