I got 3 rising 2 badges from doing mining defense on normal both times I did it. Generally though mining def gives rising 2, luther and elder give rising 1. I'm not even sure you get more badges for higher difficulties. Huh. I didn't get any from the mining defenses I've done. Maybe I'm just unlucky.
