| joe40001 05/23/20 5:40:50 AM #42: | A lot of you guys talk about incels but it seems so divorce from reality, like you are all inventing these cartoon strawmen incels and then argue about how they would behave in a fictional world. It's as simple as this: With culture telling you to be very careful when respecting women's boundaries you have a lot of unassertive people who go a long long long time without relationships and physical/emotional intimacy. The main problem is the lack of emotional intimacy, but lack of human connection at all is part. These people basically have what amounts to "Chronic loneliness syndrome" and the side effects of this are: Depression, Bitterness, and increased isolation. Yes guys in these demographics are people that society should have help/an answer for. And we largely don't. But that's kinda where this whole conversation ends, because mocking them, or conflating them with only their worst elements, or just talking over hypothetical about them doesn't really do anything.
