Topic	COVID-19 is now officially a pandemic.

Lets shut the entire world down because of hysteria. Dude, check out what is happening in Italy (probably in china, they just didn't let us know, as well). It's not hysteria. People die because they can't get seen/care in a normal flu season (my wife did in fact cause the hospital was full and she couldn't get dialysis), but this is much worse, affects more people, and is much more likely to kill them if they are not treated/under care (and still has a chance to kill them if they are (especially if elderly).
