Put someone through the announcer's/timekeeper's table? Fine. Set up your own table and put someone through it? DQ. Throw someone into the steel ring steps? Fine. Pick up the steel ring steps and whack someone in the head with them? DQ. Turnbuckle pad "falls off" (AKA is removed without the ref seeing it) and someone gets thrown into it? Fine.
