In my experience, depression is always worst in February. It's simply the worst month of the year. I feel like this has been a really good February for me, and despite that, I still have been feeling the effects of winter finally taking its toll.

On the bright side, I noticed yesterday just how much longer it's staying light out. As I write this, it's almost 6:00 and I still see shades of blue in the sky. A month ago, it would have been dark at 5. Daylight savings will start in another 3 weeks. (I really wish we never went off that.)
