Yeah, Lexus has one of the highest reliability ratings out there, it's a side effect of being owned by Toyota. I said most, which obviously doesn't mean all, so no idea why you felt the need to bring that up.

As for BMWs and Mercedes, they're straight up shit cars, no amount of maintenance is going to change that. If you believe that the ridiculously high failure rate is due to user error, you've been drinking too much of their koolaid.
