Me neither. And thats including the several months I worked at a GameStop. The boss asked me if I had any questions on my first day, and my first day, and the very first thing I asked was if we had a quota for pre-orders or used games lol. She laughed and said that was just a myth, and that we didnt need to push either; just try to read customers and if it seemed like they might be interested in something, then we could suggest it.

Our phone answering greeting was something like Hi thank you for calling GameStop Ala Moana where we buy and sell used games, this is ____ speaking, how may I help you?
