Kind of no. Arguably they should be in their own league, but simultaneously they set a new standard to try to reach, it keeps competition good by giving the next best players to give 100%. If people just gave up trying to beat them then there'd be valid reason to introduce handicaps on them to try to balance play.

Having an advantage and having an unfair advantage are different things. Notice how we have weight classes, not matched weight. We allow people with small advantages over eachother to compete as luck and skill will offset that. If no match against Floyd was worth watching so nobody challenged the title, you can bet your ass he would be either not allowed to compete or handicapped some way.
