Topic	I really don't know what thefuck to do, anyone got advice?

It definitely sounds like you're suffering from depression to me. You should try and find a therapist to talk to for a little bit. Even if it's just a session or two, sometimes it's helpful just to get a proper diagnosis and a bit more insight into exactly how it's affecting you.
