I don't know what the M4A plan entails, but I do know universal health care is shit on by some Canadians that have it also that say it isn't what it is all cracked up to be.
As a Canadian, I don't think I've ever heard someone say they'd want to get rid of universal health care. Although people complain about some functional problems here and there; there's certainly room for improvement. Like it would be nice if dental was covered.
