| AlisLandale 10/01/19 11:08:42 PM #12: | Well it really depends on what you have in mind, as problem solving card text means theres a relatively small, but specific amount of summoning restrictions. If its just cards that have a cannot be special summoned clause in their text, the card might have some fun combos with stuff like Vanitys Fiend, but not overly game breaking. If its any card that cannot be special summoned for any reason (including other cards effects or restrictions)things get a bit more hairy. Probably a relatively busted card, but would depend on the format.
