And honestly, what's the claim here? That the president just decided to randomly do something of his own volition with no apparent motive? That's your alternative to him getting bad information from another agency? adjl posted... So... rather than waiting for the NWS to make an actual statement to that effect (which would presumably include actual probabilities and other useful information), he took a sharpie to an existing map so he could prove he wasn't wrong?
