Topic	Whats wrong with only eating fast food and processed food?

One of the biggest elitism on the internet has always been "I only eat healthy food and I cook everything" people. I dunno why people like to lie so much about this. I have to cook all my own food because of my allergies but it is a lot easier to make healthy food when you are controlling what goes into it.
