The rules are basically - 1) No adultery - it's against the UCMJ, but people still do it anyway and I'm sure plenty of people get away with it. 2) Within one chain of command, there can be no overly intimate/friendly relations between junior and senior enlisted, enlisted and commissioned officers, at a training command or environment between student and staff/instructors. That means you can't invite your division officer out to dinner and a movie, and technically an enlisted person shouldn't be dating/marrying an officer even if they're at separate commands.
