You're suggesting a pretty significant edge case in terms of roles, one specific setup you can cite from b8 that had something compatible ever (this one being even more unfriendly with the flavor millers) and then on top of that attributing those roles to players in the game who have a marked negative affinity for each other (remember how hard I was trying to get SBell lynched two days ago?) and then arguing it was a "heavy consideration?"
