Lets also ignore the other witnesses who testified that they saw the stabbing and subsequent death.

Other SEALs who served alongside Gallagher testified they saw Gallagher stab the ISIS fighter. SEAL Special Operations Chief Craig Miller testified he saw Gallagher stab the prisoner "on the right side of his neck, toward the jugular vein."

Stop being Corrik, Corrik

There was 3 main witnesses regarding it.

1. Craig Miller who said he cut him around his jugular. He was found to be inconsistent and hazy on all other details the day.

2. Corey Scott who said he actually killed the person and not Gallagher and all the wounds were not life threatening. Flipping his story.

3. A third unnamed seal who was later not called after Corey Scott's admission who was to testify Gallagher stabbed a dead corpse and not a live person.

"Seven SEALs, including two who said they witnessed the act, accused Gallagher of repeatedly stabbing an injured teenage ISIS fighter in the neck and body while other members of the team were treating his wounds in May of 2017. He then allegedly posed in front of the corpse as part of a reenlistment ceremony."

Who are all these other witnesses? 1 witness said he stabbed him in the jugular. 1 was to say he stabbed a dead corpse. 1 said he stabbed him but there was no blood and nothing was life threatening and that he himself had killed the person (under immunity).

Again. Ignoring what?

You are literally arguing in a case with no physical evidence that you should accept the account of a person who cannot verify many details about the day over two other witnesses who said he didn't kill the person, including one who admitted he himself killed the person.

Like, what exactly sort of justice do you subscribe to? And, I get it. You can't just admit you are wrong so you say dumb things like "stop being Corrik" when you are flat out proven wrong with multiple sources.

You have shaky circumstantial evidence, no physical evidence, and witness accounts that all differ and the majority clear him of murder, let alone premeditated murder.
