No youre right, stabbing someone under the collarbone at least once regularly produces no blood at all.

Lets also ignore the other witnesses who testified that they saw the stabbing and subsequent death.

You are like making stuff up.

There is no corroboration of how he died. No autopsy. The entire case was predicated on the testimony of the witness who changed his story.

There were other witnesses that said he fired at noncombatants but his spotter called out his shots and they agreed it was a good target in a high stress situation.

How can it be premeditated murder if the medic outright said he killed him. And not because he was "helping him die quickly" but because he was concerned that when captured he would be tortured.

That presumes the person would have lived and been captured after.

"NCIS reported that a second class petty officer also saw Gallagher stab the prisoner, but later internal messages shared between defense attorneys and Navy officials appear to indicate that he thought the chief sank his knife into the detainees torso and the boy already had died.

So he stabbed a corpse."

"The sniper whos now a civilian claimed he saw Gallagher shoot an elderly man in his 70s or 80s on Fathers Day, 18 June 2017, a shooting backed up by a first class petty officer now assigned to Naval Special Warfare Development Group often called DEVGRU or SEAL Team 6, according to NCIS records.

Both are expected to testify that it was clear the man was a noncombatant and they made the decision not to shoot, according to a filing provided to defense attorneys.

Another SEAL told investigators that he saw Gallagher shoot the elderly man in the back and watched him drop to the ground and saw blood on his back, but its unclear if hell testify.

Another sniper who also has indicated he might not testify later told prosecutors that he saw an old man go down, but he didnt see Gallagher shoot him, according to emails to prosecutors provided to Navy Times."

^ This is the person his spotter called out and they agreed was a combatant, maybe erroneously in a high combat situation.

The main evidence was the testimony of this lead witness, as no body or other proof existed. He flipped his story.

Everything else is conflicting testimonies that cannot be verified and contradict themselves at times between witnesses, in regards to other events.

How were you ever going to prove this case without that testimony? To be honest, the case was hard to prove even with the testimony and would have come down to those deciding it.
