Are you talking about the repeating radiant quests where (unlike the main quest) you do some actual thieving? What's broken about them? Genuine question, since I don't use the Unofficial Patch for various reasons and am always trying to keep aware of various bugs so they can be avoided. No, there's a side quest (bonus quest? I don't know what you'd call it) where each of the main Thieves Guild quests features a special item you can loot, and each item is displayed in the Guild Hall. Well, the item from the very final main quest either doesn't trigger the appropriate side quest, or it marks it automatically as complete and in either case you can't sell the item as intended or finish your collection of loot items.
