I was so intrigued by the story that I pretty much skipped all of them in the last couple of chapters. Yes, although it's foreshadowed in a story mission when he runs into her in Annesberg. You also need at least neutral honor I think Yeah I ran into her so I figured it would come up in a future story mission.
