Topic	Who in Canon or lore wise are considered the strongest fighters in the following

He made it to the finals of the first three tournaments. He had to forfeit the second one due to missing the finals and the third one he beat Ogre and Heihachi, but he didn't know he has to beat True Ogre to win the tournament.
