Immigration enforcement requires government and benefits a small number of people in a few small sectors of the labor force while harming the overall economy

Zoning and also requires government enforcement and violates basic property rights while benefiting land owners and current residents over potential new migrants. The only difference is the new migrants are more likely to be citizens. They're similar problems

How is saying those are good consistent with u saying that government is awesome when it doesn't do much to benefit people
