There is plenty of reason to ride a scooter in bad weather conditions. It does, however, really suck (the worst was biking in ice pellets with a headwind). It can also be pretty dangerous (bike or scooter), given that you have no protection against any cars that may lose control due to the adverse conditions, and you yourself are significantly more likely to lose control (when it comes to maintaining traction, 4 wheels>>>>>>>>>2 wheels). --- This is my signature.
