Simply because you live in a rural area that has a very low population density doesnt mean areas with larger cities in them cant be in rural areas. What? Even once you start to get over 500/sq mi, a town doesn't seem very rural. And, if we're talking relativity here, keep in mind that there are places with 45/sq mi.
