Topic	Do you take any vitamins?

I take Vitamin C, B-12, D3, and Multi-vitamin. Why? I thought you should either take C, b12 and D3 or a multi vitamin, but not both? Because the multi already has those too and it could be too much... How did you choose c, b12 and d3? D3 because I have vitamin D deficiency. C because why not? I don't really eat a lot of fruits or veggies nowadays (hoping to change this soon).
