I definitely don't understand the "some jobs can't be automated" thing, there is always a way to do it with modern technology, it is more about if it is actually cost effective to do it in the first place. Automating someone who gets paid minimum wage is less of a concern then someone who's job can literally be done by a spreadsheet program. --- I am a senior software engineer.
