| KCF0107 09/05/18 5:08:40 PM #1: | Despite being here for over a dozen years, I'm probably one of the few users on the board who doesn't pay attention to the contests, and since I doubt the characters that I really want in (such as En from Echo, Jimmy Hopkins from Bully, or Kyle Hyde from Hotel Dusk) have even a thousandth of a percent chance of making it in, I decided to have users lobby characters for me to nominate. It won't be first come, first served, but if there's a character I recognize that I love, then there's a possibility that I will immediately add them to the nomination form. I don't know contest history, but if there's a character that I assume hasn't been in the contest before (you can use that as part of your lobbying), then I am more likely to consider them.
