For reference, free college would cost $80 billion.

lolwut? The Sanders proposal? As if anything he claimed ever came in at the price he said. At any rate, our enrollment rates are already higher than a lot of nations which give it away for free and that number would only increase if it were free -- as would the administrative bloat. And for what? Even more educated baristas and waiters? We don't even have placement for all the college graduates we have now, which is why low-end jobs have been looking for people with a bachelors or better despite the jobs never needing or wanting one in the past.

I'm kidding, our government feeds us jingoistic propaganda that we eat up like morons, which allows them to rob us and transfer our income to the wealthy.

We terrorize other nations in the process, destabilizing the world in order to perpetuate infinite war.

Which has less to do with our military than our soft policy, hence why the threat of military power has done relatively little to stop anything over the years. And most of the destablization hasn't come from the military, but instead funding rebels and terrorists, etc.

It's a lot of the reason why I advocate libertarianism. I don't believe in my income being taken for those purposes, therefore it could be argued that it is tantamount to theft. I also don't believe in ever being the initial aggressor in any given situation. The left has never really been opposed to war. Obama pretended to be a peace candidate and then dropped more bombs than any President in history. Clinton didn't even bother hiding it in her campaign. Bernie's anti war rhetoric made me hopeful he'd win, even if I had other disagreements with him.

>Claims to be libertarian
>Roots for Bernie

If you're against excessive taxation, income redistribution, and bigger government, Bernie is *last* candidate you want to support. It's kind of like how somebody who claims to want to turn this nation into an anti-white, anti-male hugbox wouldn't support Donald Trump.

Bernie's whole existence is to make other candidates look more palatable by comparison. Ben Carson wants to replace income tax with a tithe? Well, at least's not Bernie Sanders! Carly Fioriana's foreign policy suggestion is to ignore Russia? Well, she still knows more about foreign policy than Bernie Sanders despite Sanders working his whole life in politics! Ted Cruz wants to abolish the IRS and replace it with something that sounds a lot like the IRS? Well, better him than Bernie. Hell, I *never* thought I'd vote for Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primaries -- given her history with corruption, questionable foreign policy practices, etc (although otherwise I thought she *could* work across party lines, which is what the nation needs) -- but fuck, Bernie made Hillary look amazing by comparison.
