You're also ignoring that highly fibrous carbohydrates (aka fiber) are nothing like refined sugars or corn syrup.

Fructose is natural in fruits (strangely), and this is not easily processed by your liver leading to the fatty deposits of NAFLD, fiber is basically the only redeeming trait of vegetarian diets and that's only neutral.

Fruits aren't fibrous carbohydrates. I'm referring to corn, beans, quinoa, etc. Please educate yourself.

Wow, classy goal post moving.

That was your first post in a topic talking about vegetarian diets, not specifically fibrous carbohydrates, you bringing up the existence of fibrous carbs doesn't change the subject to being about how much you love fibrous carbs.

Vegetarian diets are shit due to the proportion of calories in the diet being heavily skewed toward carbohydrates. Fiber is worth a whole 1 calorie per gram, sugar is worth 4 per gram, vegetarian diets aren't >4/5 fibrous carbs by weight.
