Yeah, that'll certainly make people want to seek treatment for their addictions. Is there a law that states police can't question known drug users? "When did you start using? Where did you get your drugs from? Who is your dealer?" Extremely basic and logical questions you'd probably want to ask a heroin addict. And if the druggie chooses not to answer......then they are committing a crime. Because they aren't cooperating with an investigation. Withholding evidence. Looking out for their dealer. Looking out for themselves. Hoping they can get away with it all by claiming they are a "victim". It's pretty fascinating. Seriously....had ANYONE bothered to ask Demi Lovato where she was getting her heroin from? Or are people afraid to ask because it's "too sensitive" of a topic?
