I don't think there's much doubt as to whether or not any name on the list would overturn Roe. If Obergefell is overturned, the next person to tell me "TRUMP IS THE MOST PRO LGBT CANDIDATE EVER" is getting punched in the face. I'm not an advocate of violence, but this I will make an exception for. I actually think Obergefell itself is safe. I don't think Roberts/SCOTUS is willing to wade into the nightmare that would be flying in the face of public opinion as well as the legal disaster of what to do with all the marriages already performed. That said other LGBT rights?
