I personally can't function in ketosis- any sort of job or study that requires brainpower doesn't mix well with this diet. The loss of sweets isn't too big of a deal, although it is ice cream season. A couple of my friends had success with it. I just cut back on sodas and started lifting weights. I average one soda every 3 months for the last 2 years and I have picked up biking.
