There might be a problem with your phone's GPS or cell signal. You may need to reinstall the app. Or you might just be unlucky enough to live in Middle Of Fucking Nowhere, Montana, where there's no spawns in your location because the amount of spawns are proportional to the amount of cell signal usage in the area.
