Topic	I hate that feeling that I just wasted a whole day.

Even if you do something amazing every day, your level of amazing will raise, and you won't remember most days. It's just the way it works. More so as you get older, and then, eventually, you'll die and it'll all be gone. So live for the day, do what you want, enjoy life and help those around you do the same.
