Topic	Rampage was somehow dumber than I expected (spoilers)

It was very self aware of his "invincibility" My favorite instance of that is when they had him handcuffed with zip ties for 10 minutes and when he needed to use his hands because actions sequence demanded it he simply popped them off instantly. Its a dumb action movie that doesn't hold up to close scrutiny, but its fun. I expected the movie to be dumb, of course.
