Because "do nothing for 9 years and how congress changes things" isn't "trying". it's not about getting deported, dude my options aren't bullshit, you have a far too rosy view of our immigration system even if he was accepted he may need to wait up to 10 years because of the legal immigration 'line' if he was deported, he'd probably NEVER be able to get in legally --- He would make his mark, if not on this tree, then on that wall; if not with teeth and claws, then with penknife and razor. ...
