Propaganda or not why is rolling back consumer protection a good thing? ...net neutrality isn't a consumer protection, it's a business protection. All it does is ensure that ISPs can't shake down businesses when businesses are placing an added burden on ISPs or, more rarely, when ISPs are engaging in non-competitive business practices.
