Topic	The Phantom Menace is somehow WORSE than I remembered.
Lopen 12/08/17 2:13:30 AM #158:	BTW I think people have more just soured more on 7 as time has gone on and they've had time to digest what didn't work for them beyond it being a bit derivative moreso than deciding to overrate 3 which we'd had plenty of time to digest by the time 7 had come out. Like me personally at least I actually had this opinion the whole time-- the only thing that has changed is I'm more sure I prefer 3 as more time passes. I know when the movie first came out I was definitely in quite a minority when I dared say that 7 was closer to the PT in quality than the OT. But yeah as hype wore off and maybe they've thought about the movie more, or even rewatched it, I think more people have come around on that. --- No problem!
