We're already one of the largest contributors to emissions, so why would we not just use our own money to fix our own problems? Who are the three biggest contributors to emissions? China US India Who pledged more than double the contributions to the agreement than anyone? The US. Who is completely absent from the contributions list? China India So basically China and India are in the climate agreement, but have refused to pay a dime for it. I would rather we take the billions from the agreement and put it toward fixing the emissions problems in this country.
