The TV series was already a masterpiece worthy of being in my top 5 favorite anime of all time, but the movie was on a whole other level and elevated Revue Starlight from my top 5 to my undisputed #1 favorite. I was lucky enough to be able to watch the movie in a theater during its limited run, and the Hikari/Mahiru revue was by far the one that was most enhanced by the theater surround sound. During the chase scene, it sounded almost like Mahiru was right behind me and it was scary as hell. MarthGoomba posted... Overall a very nice end to the series, though I do wish for more. I would love to see more from the franchise, like maybe a spin-off focused on one or a couple of the schools from the mobile game.
