such a bad take.

big event boxing still generates more money than MMA on its best day.

MMA has UFC, PFL, OneFC & RIZIN. Bellator doesnt exist because it was bought put by the PFL. Dont get me started on Dana White.

Boxing has Bud Crawford, Canelo Alvarez, Ngannou (assuming he sticks around), Jake Paul (he may not be good, but hes put a lot of eyes back on the sport from a media perspectivehis last event only pulled in 100,000 buys. his events create a buzz, his events also handed out big pay days for fighters who dont normally get those opportunities.

His(Paul) events and Showtimes short sightedness is the reason why ShoBox is no more. They lost $16M promoting his sandlot boxing matches against MMArtists and got little to nothing in return.

Boxing has a lot to look forward to you have Boot Ennis, Bud Crawford, Canelo, Spence, Tszyu, Inoue, Charlos, Ngannou, Thurman, Ryan Garcia, Devon Hanney, Tank Davis, Porgais (misspelled, im sure), Loma, Shakur Steveson ALL GREAT FIGHTERS.

only problem is there is no promotion for these guys for a casual fan. nobody know who they are, not even events are promoted on TV, besides ESPN, to get fans/casuals invested.

boxing is far from dead. the fury incident is the problem with the sport. too much greed and corruption, however, to say that it doesnt exist in MMA is laughable at best.

more people find out about big boxing matches from a third-party.

Well, this guys certainly not pulling his punches. If he thinks boxing isnt down for the count yet, who am I to argue? Ill be sure to keep my guard up against this guy.
