I love Ryogo Narita's writing (Baccano!, Durarara!!) so this was an easy standout for me, though I feel like they maybe could have upped the pace slightly. I feel like I've only been just introduced to the majority of the characters. --- Others don't get to dictate what's normal and what isn't.
