How many times in human history have we thought something is fine, only to later realize its harmful, causes cancer, etc? How many times have big companies harmed us ? Plenty. But here's the rub. You nor I have the medical and science training necessary nor the resources to conduct the studies ourselves. So on some level, you need to trust someone. And better to trust those educated in those matters rather than some guy on YouTube. It's like if you're sick with some disease and 5 doctors tell you to treat it with these medicines and 1 guy on YouTube says to use some crabgrass soup.
