The tabletop flavor of Warlock is one of the most compelling reasons to solo it versus the issues you stated. At least for Act 1 I don't think anyone's found any patron interactions. You can talk about your patron in [Warlock] tagged dialogue, but that's the extent of it it seems. --- Others don't get to dictate what's normal and what isn't.
